Tips and Tricks from past fighters/visitors:
- Things that may be good to pack or purchase when you are here (other than your training gear):
- Mosquito spray
- Thai oil - to help with the muscle soreness from training
- Sun hat - the outdoor running can get very draining in the sun, it is recommended you wear a sun hat/cap while you run
- Slippers or sandals to walk around and shower - this is a rural area so footwear is recommended
- Running shoes (some people forget these!)
- Snacks / protein shakes and bars etc
- International adapter for power outlet (e.g. NZ to Thailand electronics are different so need adapter)
